Bling-Bling is a gluttonous, out of shape pale boy with brown hair and blue eyes (though he once claimed they were hazel) and freckles on his cheeks. He wears an all white outfit consisting of a collared shirt, pants with yellow stripes on the sides and sneakers also with yellow stripes. He wears a gold necklace and knuckles with 3 “B”‘s, hence his nickname.
The Mole People are the inhabitants of the underground who are the loyal subjects of Zizrar the Mole King, first seen in Johnny to the Center of the Earth. They do not have moles females, those who reside there are only men.
Wacko is a secondary antagonist and an archenemy of Johnny and Dukey. Despite being a toymaker, he cannot stand kids and has a company create destructive toys in order to dispose of them. This frustrates his employee’s who are sick of hearing about their boss’s repeated attempts to ruin the company by getting rid of kids. He seems quite intelligent, in spite of his appearance and behavior.
Dark Vegan is the leader of Vegandon, a fertile utopian planet inhabited by a species called Vegans. He first appeared in “Johnny in Outer Space”, in which it is revealed that his method of sustaining the utopia that is Vegandon is to suck the resources of other planets and use them on Vegandon.
Brain Freezer is a recurring antagonist and he is the former coffee guy of the Institute of Technology. He uses an ice blaster to freeze things, encasing them in blocks of ice. As of Johnnycicle, he is no longer evil and doesn’t freeze Johnny anymore.
Mr. Mittens is a recurring antagonist and was Tim Burnout’s cat while Albert is his butler. Mr. Mittens made his first appearance in 00-Johnny attempting to turn all of the citizens of Porkbelly into cats, but was foiled by Johnny and his friends.
The Beekeeper Out of costume, he is Doc Beebles, the maker of Doc Beebles’ All-Natural Piles ‘O Honey Bars. His debut plot was to use his bees to eat all other candy in the world so his Piles ‘O Honey Bars would finally sell; nobody was buying them due to the fact that they were organic (and thus people assumed they were horrible). The Beekeeper did indeed want the kids to be healthier, and his honey bars were in fact decent, as the kids found out at the end of the episode.
